So... This cold is killing me! I couldn't run yesterday because I couldn't catch my breath even while cleaning my apartment! But not today... Oh no! 40 minute tempo run, you're mine!
By the way, my facial hair seems to grow very quickly when I'm sick! Maybe it's to make myself look even worse. And by facial hair, I mean nose and ear hair!
Back to fitness, I rode my bike to work again. 99 days to go! I've been looking at new triathlon bikes and while it would be awesome to own one, true speed really comes from the rider. I shouldn't go shopping until I've improved.
